Four-wheel drive jeeping adventures provide yet another opportunity for you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful wilderness areas of the Vail Valley. Enjoy spectacular vistas spanning miles of the Colorado high country and observe some of the native wildlife that roams the area. Morning and afternoon tours are available.
 
Golf at Vail

Fly Fishing
Fly Fishing:
Come check out all the great fishing the Vail Valley has to offer during the summer.  Guided wade and float trips are available throughout the season.  All the necessary equipment is provided for you. The knowledgeable guides will take you to some fantastic fishing spots near Vail and Beaver Creek.
Horseback Riding
Horseback Riding: 
Take a one or two hour trail ride in the Vail Valley through snow covered trees. Children must be 7 years or older to go on the rides.  There are a variety of morning and afternoon rides. You will need to wear long pants, boots or closed toe shoes, gloves and a jacket. Bring with you sun- screen, sunglasses and your camera.


Hiking
Hiking:
To clear up any possible doubts in your mind, if you are visiting the Vail/ Beaver Creek area, and you like to hike into beautiful pristine places, then the wilderness areas in which we hike are going to satisfy your soul. Rock Climbing
Rock Climbing:
Rock climbing tours and clasisoes take place out by Red Cliff. Depending on your ability and skill level your guide will choose the location best suited to you. For first timers classes are offered on an indoor climbing wall. All your equip- ment is provided for you and the experience guides will make your climb one that you won’t forget.
 

Mountain Biking
Biking:
The alpine terrain that makes Vail famous for winter sports lends itself perfectly to unforgettable mountain biking in the summer. In fact, mountain biking has been labeled Vail's "dirty little secret." No matter what your skill level is we have bikes and bike tours to suit you.
 


Hot Air Ballooning
Hot Air Ballooning:
Take a hot air balloon over the fabulous Eagle River Valley and enjoy the Rocky Mountain vistas from the air. Sturdy shoes are important. Water repellent boots, hiking or walking shoes with warm socks are best.  Open toed and high-heeled shoes are not allowed.  Dress for early morning temperatures and "layer" to stay comfortable as the day warms. Sunscreen and a camera are also great to bring. The flights begin shortly after sunshine, please allow 4 hours for the excursions. All flights are weather dependant. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the tour price.
Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides
Carriage Rides:
Enjoy a horse drawn carriage tour through Vail Village. These tours are reminiscent of the old "one horse open sleigh" rides, feel the cool breeze and wind in your hair that takes you back to the gentle warmth of times past. The knowledgeable drivers will show you a side of Vail you wouldn’t normally get to see while here on vacation.

Camp Vail for Kids
Camp Vail:
Camp Vail is a program offered to children between 3 and 12. Activities offered at Camp Vail include art, drama, nature discovery, caving, orienteering, swimming, golf, fishing, climbing and more.
Four Eagle Ranch
4 Eagle Ranch Western Night:
Head out to the 4 Eagle Ranch to enjoy live music, horse drawn hay wagon rides, steerhead roping, pony rides and half hour trail rides. Toast marshmallows by the fire and watch the sunset. A BBQ buffet dinner is offered also. Enjoy Western Night on Wednesday evenings from 5–9pm throughout July and August.

Adventure Ridge
Adventure Ridge:
On top of Vail Mountain, Adventure Ridge has tons of activities everyone can enjoy. Summer activities at Adventure Ridge include rebound trampolines, indoor laser tag, disc golf, volleyball, bocci ball, horseshoes and the discovery center.


Gondola Rides
Gondola Rides:
Take Vail’s Eagle Bahn Gondola to the top of Vail Mountain. Don’t forget your camera as you will be surrounded by the spectacular views of the New York, Gore and Sawatch ranges as well as the famous Mount of the Holy Cross.


Beaver Creek Rodeo
Beaver Creek Rodeo Series:
Every Thursday evening in June – August you can enjoy the Beaver Creek Rodeo in Avon at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Featuring classic events like Mutton Bustin', Team Roping and Bull Riding. Enjoy complimentary pony rides, a petting zoo, and an authentic Western BBQ and Saloon. Free shuttles and parking are provided.
